 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD: 42 PEOPLE
 1A) LIST NUMBER OF EXITS REQUIRED AS (2), WRONG TABLE
 LIST TABLE 1021.2(2) SHOULD READ UNDER THE:
 2017 FBC-B TABLE 1006.3.2(2). PLEASE UPDATE PLANS.
  
 1B) THE SECOND ISSUE WITHIN THIS HEADING (4) OCCUPANT
 LOAD & EGRESS IS STATEMENT ( C ) NUMBER OF EXITS
 PROVIDED. THE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 1006.3.2(2) LIST THE
 NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS AS 49 OCCUPANTS AND THE MAXIMUM
 COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL IS 75 FEET EVEN IF SPRINKLERED.
 THIS TENANT SPACE IS OVER 100 FEET IN DEPTH REQUIRING 2
 EXITS.
  
 1C) PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 1016.2 EGRESS
 THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES OF THE 2017 FBC-B.
 1016.2.5. EGRESS SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH KITCHENS,
 STORAGE ROOMS, CLOSETS OR SPACES USED FOR SIMILAR
 PURPOSES.
 EXCEPTION: 2.MEANS OF EGRESS ARE NOT PROHIBITED THROUGH
 STOCKROOMS IN GROUP M OCCUPANCIES WHERE ALL OF THE
 FOLLOWING ARE MET:
 2.1.THE STOCK IS OF THE SAME HAZARD CLASSIFICATION AS
 THAT FOUND IN THE MAIN RETAIL AREA.
 2.2.NOT MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE EXIT ACCESS IS
 THROUGH THE STOCKROOM.
 2.3.THE STOCKROOM IS NOT SUBJECT TO LOCKING FROM THE
 EGRESS SIDE.
 2.4.THERE IS A DEMARCATED, MINIMUM 44-INCH-WIDE (1118
 MM) AISLE DEFINED BY FULL- OR PARTIAL-HEIGHT FIXED
 WALLS OR SIMILAR CONSTRUCTION THAT WILL MAINTAIN THE
 REQUIRED WIDTH AND LEAD DIRECTLY FROM THE RETAIL AREA
 TO THE EXIT WITHOUT OBSTRUCTIONS.
  
 2) THE DEMOLITION PLAN 012_A100 SHOWS AN ELEMENT
 (CIRCLE) IN FRONT OF THE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM BUT THERE
 IS NO NOTE IT HAS TO BE REMOVED. WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE
 SHEET 014_A101 NEW WORK PLAN, THIS SAME CIRCLE THAT IS
 JUST TO THE RIGHT OF THE RESTROOM DOOR (LABELED 6)
 THERE ARE 2 NOTES. (1) EXISTING WATER METER & (2)
 LANDLORD NOTE: ARCHITECT OF RECORD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 ALL CODE COMPLIANCE INCLUDING ACCESSIBILITY, VERIFY
 PROTRUDING OBJECT REQUIREMENT AND DOOR CLEARANCE TO THE
 RESTROOM MEETS CODE.
 PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE SECTION 404.2.4 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES.
 MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS AND GATES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 404.2.4. MANEUVERING CLEARANCES SHALL
 EXTEND THE FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY AND THE REQUIRED
 LATCH SIDE OR HINGE SIDE CLEARANCE. SEE TABLE
 404.2.4.1, FIGURE 404.2.4.1(A).
  
 3) SHEET 028_ A202 DETAIL (2) DOES NOT PROVIDE THE
 HEIGHT OF THE REAR TOILET GRAB BAR AND IN DETAIL (3)
 THE HEIGHT OF THE TOILET GRAB BAR FROM THE FLOOR TO THE
 CENTERLINE OF THE BAR IS DIMENSIONED AS 39 INCHES -41
 INCHES. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB
 BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL
 POSITION, 33 INCHES MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING
 SURFACE, NOT CENTERLINE.
