 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) AN UPDATED, SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE
 PROPERTY IS MISSING FROM THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL. PLEASE
 PROVIDE.
  
 2.) SITE DATA INFORMATION IS MISSING. FOR EXAMPLE, DATA
 IS MISSING ON THE EXISTING/PROPOSED FLOOR AREA RATIO
 (FAR), EXISTING/PROPOSED BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGES,
 PARKING INFORMATION, IMPERVIOUS/PERVIOUS SURFACE AREA,
 ETC.). THIS REQUIRED INFORMATION CAN BE PROVIDED IN THE
 SITE PLAN (SHEET A1.0). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROJECT
 CANNOT EXCEED THE MINIMUM/MAXIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
  
 3.) HOW MUCH SQUARE FOOTAGE WILL BE ADDED IN THE
 EXPANSION? PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY EXPANSION GREATER THAN
 1,000 SQ. FT. WILL REQUIRE AN INFORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW
 (ISPR) THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT -
 PLANNING DIVISION, PRIOR TO THE SUBMISSION AND REVIEW
 OF BUILDING PERMIT(S). [ZLDR S.94-35]
  
 4.) SITE PLAN (SHEET A1.0) IS MISSING CRITICAL
 DIMENSIONAL INFORMATION (I.E. SETBACK DISTANCES FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINE TO ALL NEW AND EXISTING STRUCTURES).
 PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 5.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($1,300,000.00)
 EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($1,096,060.00)
 ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE;
 THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2)
 COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE
 SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE
 SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING
 MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
