 EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 NOTE: ARCHITECT TO SPECIFY TYPE OF WINDOW ON THE WINDOW
 SCHEDULE. . COORDINATE WITH PRODUCT APPROVAL. BASED ON
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED, WINDOW
 TYPE "A" DOESN'T COMPLY WITH EGRESS. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
 ALSO, SIZE OF WINDOWS SHOWN ON THE WINDOW SCHEDULE ARE
 INCORRECT. FOR EXAMPLE, ACCORDING TO EXTERIOR
 ELEVATIONS, WINDOW "F" ARE TWO WINDOWS MULLED TOGETHER
 NOT JUST ONE WINDOW SIZE 72"X60". REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 PLEASE COORDINATE WINDOW SCHEDULE WITH ALL WINDOWS

 THE COLUMNS. SPECIFY HOW MUCH BEARING SUPPORT IS

 14-PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) WINDOW MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. AND REQUIRED:
 CLEARLY SPECIFY MULLION SIZE TO BE USED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 B) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 15- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN
 WRITING (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 16- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $129,486. THE
 PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $2854.42.
