2019-04-11 10:06:23THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
  
 1. ALL WINDOWS MUST HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR LOW-E GLASS.
 TINTED GLASS IS NOT ALLOWED.
 2. PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING WINDOW FRAME SIZES, PROPOSED
 WINDOW SIZE, WINDOW LOCATIONS, EXISTING WINDOW
 CONFIGURATION, AND PROPOSED WINDOW CONFIGURATION.
 3. ALL WINDOWS MUST HAVE A 6/6 LITE PATTERN WITH
 EXTERNAL OGEE DIMENSIONAL MUNTINS. AN EXCEPTION TO THE
 6/6 LITE PATTERN SHALL EXIST FOR THE SMALLER WINDOW
 LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY. FOR EXAMPLE, THE FAR NORTHERN
 FIRST FLOOR WINDOW ON THE STREET ELEVATION AND THE
 SECOND FLOOR CENTER WINDOW. WINDOW REPLACEMENTS SHALL
 THEN MATCH THE EXISTING CONFIGURATION.
 4. ALL WINDOWS MUST BE SINGLE-HUNG OR DOUBLE-HUNG. AN
 ALUMINUM FIXED WINDOW WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. PLEASE
 PROVIDE PROOF IF AN EXISTING FIXED WINDOW IS ON THE
 PROPERTY.
 5. THE PLACEMENT OF THE PROPOSED REPLACEMENT WINDOWS
 AND REPLACEMENT MULLION MUST MATCH THE EXISTING
 CONFIGURATION AND PLACEMENT OF THE WINDOWS AND MULLION
 AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE.
  
 STAFF RECOMMENDS RECYCLING OR STORING EXISTING WOOD
 WINDOWS ON SITE.
