| | SURVEY SHOWED A DRAINAGE FLOW DIRECTION ARROW GOING |
| | TOWARDS THE STREET. THIS WAS OK. THE RETENTION AREA IS |
| | NOT REQUIRED ON THE FRONT OF THE LOT, BUT IF CONTRACTOR |
| | WANTS TO BUILD A RETENTION AREA IS OK. THE CONCERN WAS |
| | ON THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. NEED TO KEEP THE WATER |
| | WITHIN THE LOT AND NOT DRAINING TOWARDS THE NEIGHBOR'S |
| | PROPERTIES. THAT IS WHY THE PROPOSED BERM ON THE REAR |
