 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. WHAT PERMIT IS SITE WORK BEING PERFORMED UNDER?
  
 2. WHAT PERMIT IS SITE LIGHTING BEING PERFORMED UNDER?
 A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING THAT
 PHOTOMETRIC LEVELS DO NOT EXCEED 1.0 FOOTCANDLES WHEN
 MEASURED AT THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 3. ALL WORK WITHIN THE SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY
 SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW AND PERMITTING BY THE
 FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (FDOT). PLEASE
 PROVIDE A COPY OF SUCH PERMIT.
  
 4. ALL WORK WITHIN THE HAMPTON ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL
 BE PERMITTED THROUGH THE CITY?S ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT.
  
 5. SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT REQUIRED. ALL LANDSCAPE
 PLANS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING PERMIT
 SUBMITTAL AND SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT APPLICATION. ALL LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL MATCH
 THAT WHICH WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE REVISED SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL.
  
 6. THE SITE PLAN SHALL MATCH THAT WHICH WAS SUBMITTED
 FOR THE REVISED SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
  
 7. BIKE PARKING DETAIL SHALL SPECIFY THE DIMENSIONS
 BETWEEN RACKS, BETWEEN THE RACK AND THE EDGE OF
 PAVEMENT, ETC. DIMENSIONS SHALL MEET THE CITY?S MINIMUM
 SPACING REQUIREMENTS.
  
 8. THE LOCATIONS OF VARIOUS UTILITIES DO NOT MATCH THAT
 WHICH WAS PROVIDED AS PART OF THE SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
 APPLICATION. THE UTILITY LOCATIONS APPEAR TO CONFLICT
 WITH VARIOUS LANDSCAPE ELEMENTS.
  
 9. THE BIKE PARKING SOUTH OF BUILDING #1 NEEDS TO BE
 CONFIGURED SUCH THAT THERE ARE THREE (3) BIKE RACKS,
 WITH SUFFICIENT SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE A SKY BIKE (BIKE
 SHARE) STATION WITH AT LEAST FOUR (4) BIKES.
  
 10. VARIOUS PLANS (HARDSCAPE, LANDSCAPE, ETC.) DO NOT
 MATCH THAT WHICH WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE REVISED SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL; SPECIFICALLY, THE CONFIGURATION ALONG
 THE WEST FA?ADE OF BUILDINGS #1, #2 AND #3. ENSURE THAT
 ALL PLANS MATCH THAT WHICH WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE SITE
 PLAN AMENDMENT.
  
 11. SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ARTIFICIAL TURF SHALL BE
 PROVIDED SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 94-451(E) OF THE
 CITY?S ZLDRS.
  
 12. LOCATION OF THE FENCING SHOWN IN THE NORTHEAST
 CORNER OF THE PROPERTY DOES NOT MATCH THAT WHICH WAS
 SUBMITTED FOR THE REVISED SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
  
 13. WHY WERE HARDSCAPE PLANS NOT PROVIDED FOR THE
 NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF THE SITE?
  
 14. IN BUILDING 3, THE MAINTENANCE ROOM WAS REMOVED AND
 BECAME THE ?WE WORK SPACE??WITH THE FORMER WWS BEING
 CONVERTED INTO ADDITIONAL RETAIL. IMPACT ON PARKING
 CALCULATIONS? IMPACT ON TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY?
  
 15. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION IS SHOWN IN THE
 MIDDLE OF THE SIDEWALK.
  
 16. LOCATION OF FENCING IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE
 PROPERTY DOES NOT MATCH BETWEEN THE SITE PLAN,
 HARDSCAPE PLAN, AND LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 17. NOT ALL FIRE HYDRANTS SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 ARE REFLECTED ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 18. BUILDING ELEVATIONS DO NOT MATCH THAT WHICH WAS
 SUBMITTED FOR THE REVISED SITE PLAN APPROVAL. ALL PLANS
 NEED TO BE CONSISTENT.
  
 PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF RESOLUTION NO. 227-18,
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY:
  
 A. THE DEVELOPER SHALL IMPROVE HAMPTON ROAD BETWEEN
 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY AND THE FEC RAILROAD, AS SPECIFIED
 IN RESOLUTION NO. 227-18.
  
 B. THE PROPERTY SHALL BE RE-PLATTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 ALL APPLICABLE STATUTES, REGULATIONS, AND THE CITY?S
 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
  
 C. THE APPLICANT SHALL EXECUTE AND RECORD, IN A FORM
 ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY AND TO THE APPLICANT, A MUTUAL
 AND RECIPROCAL CROSS ACCESS EASEMENT AT THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE FOR THE BENEFIT OF BOTH THE SUBJECT
 PROPERTY AND THE ADJACENT PROPERTY TO THE NORTH.
  
 D. A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY SHALL BE
 EXECUTED FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF WAY
 LANDSCAPING, TREE GRATES AND IRRIGATION ADJACENT TO THE
 PROPERTY. THE DEVELOPER, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS
 SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE OF ALL SUCH
 IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 E. ALL UTILITY ELEMENTS (I.E. BACKFLOW PREVENTERS,
 ETC.) SHALL BE SCREENED WITH LANDSCAPING TO THE MAXIMUM
 EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE CONTROLLING UTILITY AGENCY.
  
 IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO BE AWARE OF:
  
 I. ANY DAMAGE TO EXISTING UTILITIES RESULTING FROM THE
 DEVELOPER?S CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES SHALL BE REPAIRED,
 AT THE DEVELOPER?S EXPENSE.
  
 II. ANY REQUIRED EASEMENTS (I.E. DRAINAGE, UTILITIES,
 PUBLIC ACCESS, ETC.) SHALL BE PROVIDED VIA PLAT OR
 SEPARATE LEGAL INSTRUMENT.
  
 III. THE DEVELOPER, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING
 AND IRRIGATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE APPROVED SITE PLAN.
 ALL PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF
 CONSTRUCTION OF SUCH IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 IV. THE DEVELOPER, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL AND/OR RELOCATION OF ALL
 STREET LIGHTS/POLES NECESSITATED BY THE PROPOSED
 DEVELOPMENT. ALL NEW STREET LIGHTING SHALL CONFORM TO
 THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 PERMITTED BY ALL APPLICABLE GOVERNING AGENCIES,
 INCLUDING THE CITY?S ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 V. FINAL APPROVAL OF THE ENGINEERING DESIGN SHALL BE
 BASED UPON SUBMITTAL OF A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION
 TO, AND REVIEW BY, THE CITY?S PUBLIC WORKS AND
 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENTS.
