 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS
 (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION
 OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK,
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION
 COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.),
 AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS.
 FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2. PROVIDE SECOND SET OF PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 FBC107.1 GENERAL. SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS CONSISTING OF
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, STATEMENT OF SPECIAL
 INSPECTIONS, GEOTECHNICAL REPORT AND OTHER DATA SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED IN TWO OR MORE SETS WITH EACH PERMIT
 APPLICATION.

 SHOULD STATE LEVEL 3.
 505.1 SCOPE.
 LEVEL 3 ALTERATIONS APPLY WHERE THE WORK AREA EXCEEDS
 50 PERCENT OF THE BUILDING AREA.
  
 505.2 APPLICATION.
 LEVEL 3 ALTERATIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF
 CHAPTERS 7 AND 8 FOR LEVEL 1 AND 2 ALTERATIONS,
 RESPECTIVELY, AS WELL AS THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 9.
  
 4. IDENTIFY ROOF SLOPE. STATE NUMBER OF LAYERS OF
 UNDERLAYMENT REQUIRED.
  
 RAS 115. R905.2.2 SLOPE.
 ASPHALT SHINGLES SHALL BE USED ONLY ON ROOF SLOPES OF
 TWO UNITS VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2:12) OR
 GREATER. FOR ROOF SLOPES FROM TWO UNITS VERTICAL IN 12
 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2:12) AND LESS THAN FOUR UNITS
 VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (4:12), DOUBLE
 UNDERLAYMENT APPLICATION IS REQUIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION R905.2.7.
  
 5. RAMP SHALL COMPLY WITH FBC R311.8. IDENTIFY LOCATION
 OF RAMP ON SITE PLAN. IDENTIFY SLOPE OF RAMP ON DETAIL.
 SLOPE SHALL BE BASED ON LOCATION. I.E. EGRESS DOOR -
 1/12. NON-EGRESS DOOR 1/8.
  
 R311.8.1MAXIMUM SLOPE.
 RAMPS SERVING THE EGRESS DOOR REQUIRED BY SECTION
 R311.2 SHALL HAVE A SLOPE OF NOT MORE THAN 1 UNIT
 VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (8.3-PERCENT SLOPE).
 ALL OTHER RAMPS SHALL HAVE A MAXIMUM SLOPE OF 1 UNIT
 VERTICAL IN 8 UNITS HORIZONTAL (12.5 PERCENT).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE IT IS TECHNICALLY INFEASIBLE TO COMPLY
 BECAUSE OF SITE CONSTRAINTS, RAMPS SHALL HAVE A SLOPE
 OF NOT MORE THAN 1 UNIT VERTICAL IN 8 UNITS HORIZONTAL
 (12.5 PERCENT).
  
 6. ROOFING PERMIT REQUIRED.
  
 7. PROVIDE NORTH CARDINAL ARROW.
 PROVIDE A NORTH CARDINAL DIRECTIONAL ARROW ON THE PLANS
 THAT INDICATES THE ORIENTATION OF THE STRUCTURE. FBC

 R405.4.2.1 COMPLIANCE REPORT FOR PERMIT APPLICATION.
 A COMPLIANCE REPORT SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FOR
 BUILDING PERMIT SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
 1.BUILDING STREET ADDRESS, OR OTHER BUILDING SITE
 IDENTIFICATION.
 2.A STATEMENT INDICATING THAT THE PROPOSED DESIGN
 COMPLIES WITH SECTION R405.3.
 3.AN INSPECTION CHECKLIST DOCUMENTING THE BUILDING
 COMPONENT CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROPOSED DESIGN AS
 INDICATED IN TABLE R405.5.2(1). THE INSPECTION
 CHECKLIST SHALL SHOW RESULTS FOR THE PROPOSED DESIGN
 WITH USER INPUTS TO THE COMPLIANCE SOFTWARE TO GENERATE
 THE RESULTS.
 4.A SITE-SPECIFIC ENERGY ANALYSIS REPORT THAT IS IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION R405.3.
 5.THE NAME OF THE INDIVIDUAL PERFORMING THE ANALYSIS
 AND GENERATING THE REPORT.
 6.THE NAME AND VERSION OF THE COMPLIANCE SOFTWARE TOOL.
  
 EXCEPTION: MULTIPLE ORIENTATIONS. WHEN AN OTHERWISE
 IDENTICAL BUILDING MODEL IS OFFERED IN MULTIPLE
 ORIENTATIONS, COMPLIANCE FOR ANY ORIENTATION SHALL BE
 PERMITTED BY DOCUMENTING THAT THE BUILDING MEETS THE
 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS IN EACH OF THE FOUR CARDINAL
 (NORTH, EAST, SOUTH AND WEST) ORIENTATIONS, OR THE
 ?WORST? ORIENTATION. COMPLIANCE SOFTWARE TOOLS MAY
 CALCULATE THE ?WORST CASE? ORIENTATION BY ROTATING THE
 BUILDING THROUGH THE 4 OR 8 CARDINAL ORIENTATIONS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
