 ORDINANCE. THE LOWEST FLOOR ELEVATION AND ANY EQUIPMENT
 SERVICING THE BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO BE AT OR ABOVE
 12.1' + 2' FREE BOARD= 14.1" NAVD 88. BECAUSE THIS IS A
 COMMERCIAL BUILDING, IT CAN BE DRY FLOODPROOFED. SEE
 FEMA PUBLICATION FEMA P-758. FBC 1612.1
  
 2) NOT COMPLIED. THE ENERGY CODE COMPLIANCE FORM THAT
 WAS SUBMITTED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. SUBMIT AN ENERGY CODE

 SURVEYOR OR A PAPER ONE WITH THE ENGINEER'S ORIGINAL

 THE WEST ELEVATION SHOULD BE THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING

 COMMON PATH OF EGRESS TRAVEL. THAT PORTION OF THE EXIT
 ACCESS TRAVEL DISTANCE MEASURED FROM THE MOST REMOTE
 POINT WITHIN A STORY TO THAT POINT WHERE THE OCCUPANTS

 12) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
 CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS.
  
 13) NEW COMMENT. WITHOUT THE SURVEY REQUESTED IN
 COMMENT NUMBER 3, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO
 DETERMINE THAT THE REAR EXIT DISCHARGE PROVIDES A
 DIRECT AND UNOBSTRUCTED ACCESS TO A PUBLIC WAY AS
 REQUIRED BY FBC 1028.5. INDICATE HOW COMPLIANCE WILL BE
