 ORDINANCE. THE LOWEST FLOOR ELEVATION AND ANY EQUIPMENT
 SERVICING THE BULDING IS REQUIRED TO BE AT OR ABOVE
 12.1' + 2' FREE BOARD= 14.1" NAVD 88. BECASE THIS IS A
 COMMERCIAL BUILDING, IT CAN BE DRY FLOODPROOFED. SEE
 FEMA PUBLICATION FEMA P-758. FBC 1612.1
  
 2) SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION C401.2.
  
 3) PROVIDE A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY TO CLARIFY THE
 ORIENTATION OF THE STRUCTURE AND VERIFY DISTANCES TO
 LOT LINES. FBC 107.2
  
 4) PROVIDE A COMPASS ROSE ON THE FLOOR PLAN A-1.1 TO
 SHOW THE ORIENTATION OF THE BUILDING. FBC 107.2
  
 5) ON SHEET S-1 THE COMPASS ROSE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE
 ACCURATE. THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING FACES WEST AND ON

 COMMON PATH OF EGRESS TRAVEL. THAT PORTION OF THE EXIT
 ACCESS TRAVEL DISTANCE MEASURED FROM THE MOST REMOTE
 POINT WITHIN A STORY TO THAT POINT WHERE THE OCCUPANTS
 HAVE SEPARATE AND DISTINCT ACCESS TO TWO EXITS OR EXIT

 12) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
 CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS.
