 1- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING:
 SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS (SITE PLAN).
 SEC. 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS (IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION).
  
 2- REVISE OCCUPANT LOAD SHOWN ON THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN
 AND COVER SHEET
 A)NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN KITCHEN AREA IS BASED ON THE
 TOTAL GROSS AREA AS REQUIRED BY TABLE 1004.1.2
 FBC-BUILDING. THIS INCLUDES THE WALK-IN FREEZER AND
 COOLER. ALSO, NUMBER OF PEOPLE SHOWN ON THE LIFE SAFETY
 PLAN DOESN'T MATCH NUMBER SHOWN ON THE COLUMN WHEN
 ADDING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE. REVISE AS REQUIRED
 TO MATCH.
  
 B) NUMBER OF PEOPLE ON THE ROUND BOOTH NEEDS TO BE
 REVISED CONSIDERING A 24 INCH PER PERSON OF SEATING
 LENGTH AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 1004.4 FBC-BUILDING. ALSO,
 NEED TO ADD THE ADDITIONAL SPACE SHOWN FOR THE
 WHEELCHAIR.
  
 C) NUMBER OF PEOPLE SHOWN ON THE QUEUE LINE NEEDS TO BE
 REVISED. THIS AREA IS MORE THAN 80S.F. TABLE 1004.1.2
 FBC-BUILDING.
  
 3- THE BUILDING THERMAL ENVELOPE NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY
 DEPICTED ON PLANS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. C103.2.1
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. ARCHITECTURAL WALL SECTIONS
 SHOW FURRING STRIPS ON CMU WALLS UP TO 6 INCHES ABOVE
 THE SUSPENDED CEILING. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE REST OF THE
 WALL. ARCHITECT TO SHOW COMPLETE THERMAL ENVELOPE AND
 SPECIFY R-VALUE OF WALL. COORDINATE WITH ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 4- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) A/C AREA SPECIFIED ON THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 DOESN'T MATCH PLANS. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) CEILING R-VALUE INSULATION AND WALL R-VALUE
 INSULATION DOESN'T MATCH ARCHITECTURAL PLANS. REVISE
 ASD REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) BUILDING ADDRESS SHOWN ON THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS IS
 INCORRECT. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 5- DOORS AND WINDOWS BUCK DETAILS DON'T PROVIDE
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FASTENING OF THE STRUCTURAL
 BUCK. PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS. SEC. 1609.1

 PRODUCT APPROVAL AND THE CODE IN EFFECT.
  
 B) PROVIDE LATEST REVISION OF FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR:
 (1)FL1559. CURRENT REVISION IS R-12 NOT R-11.
 (2) FL8787. CURRENT REVISION IS R-9 NOT R-8.
 (3)FL4553. CURRENT REVISION IS R-11 NOT R-10.
  
  
 C) FLAT ROOF MEMBRANE ROOFING FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FL1559-R12: CLEARLY MARK WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS
 GOING TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES. NOTE: RAS 117 CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE
 SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 F.S. WHEN
 SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLIC RECORDS.
