 FEET FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE. ALL CHAIN LINK
 FENCING WITHIN THIS AREA MUST BE COATED (BLACK) AND
 LANDSCAPED TO REDUCE VISIBILITY.
 3. ALL FENCING WITHIN THE FRONT YARD SETBACK IS LIMITED
 TO 4 FEET IN HEIGHT. FENCING WITHIN THE SIDE AND REAR
 IS LIMITED TO 6 FEET IN HEIGHT.
 4. A CONTEXTUAL FRONT SETBACK STANDARD IS AVAILABLE FOR
 PROPERTIES WITHIN THE HISTORIC DISTRICT. THE APPLICANT
 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE RANGE OF THE FRONT
