 1. SHEET A.1.1.01 INDICATES THAT THE SCALE OF THE
 DRAWING IS 1:20, BUT THAT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE
 ACCURATE. PLEASE CONFIRM AND ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-407(2) OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, PERMANENT IDENTIFICATION
 SIGNS FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS SHALL NOT EXCEED
 FOUR (4) FEET IN HEIGHT (AN ADDITIONAL 10% IS PERMITTED
 FOR DECORATIVE ELEMENTS). AS DRAWN, THE PROPOSED SIGN
 IS 4 FEET 11 INCHES, PLUS THE DECORATIVE CAPS. THE
 HEIGHT OF THE SIGN SHALL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3. PLEASE CLARIFY THE NEED FOR THE SLAB AT GRADE. THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE PLANS INCLUDE PLANTINGS ALONG THE
 BASE OF THE SIGN, AND IT APPEARS THAT THE SLAB WOULD
 PREVENT THAT FROM OCCURRING.
