 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- THERE ARE TWO BUILDINGS IN THIS PROPERTY. LOCATION
 OF WORK AREA IS NOT CLEAR. PROVIDE FLOOR PLAN OR SKETCH
 SHOWING LOCATION OF EXISTING KITCHEN, BATHROOMS AND BAR
 NOOK WHERE THE ALTERATION IS TAKING PLACE. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- CLARIFY WHY THE ELECTRICAL RISER IS SHOWING A 100AMP
 SUB-PANEL FOR "BACK HOUSE". WHAT IS THE USE OF THE BACK
 HOUSE?. WHY THE NEED FOR 100 AMPS?. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: THE USE OF REAR BUILDING IS FOR GARAGE ONLY.
 ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS, THERE ARE NO PERMITS TO
 CONVERT THE GARAGE FOR ANY OTHER USE OTHER THAN GARAGE.
 THERE ARE FLOOR PLANS AND PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE
 SHOWING THE GARAGE BEING CONVERTED TO OFFICE AND
 STUDIO. IF THIS IS THE CURRENT USE, THEN PERMITS ARE
 REQUIRED FOR THE CONVERSION. SEC. 105.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- ALL PLANS NEED TO HAVE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW BASED ON ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON PLANS.
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. UPDATE
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL WORK.
  
 5-PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR
 REVISED MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW
 COMMENTS.
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED

 PLEASE, INSERT CORRECTED PAGES INTO THE SUBMITTAL AND
 REMOVE/VOID THE PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS.

 DRAWINGS/DOCUMENTS FOR REFERENCE.
