| | TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION. |

| | PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMITTING SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH |
| | THE APPROVED PLANS. MODIFICATIONS TO THE APPROVED PLANS |
| | SHALL REQUIRE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CENTREPARK COMMERCIAL |
| | PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD). ONE AREA OF SPECIFIC CONCERN |
| | IS THE FRONT STOOPS LEADING INTO THE GROUND FLOOR |
| | UNITS/ENTRANCES. STEPS/STOOPS ENCROACHING INTO THE |
| | SETBACK SHALL NOT EXCEED THREE (3) FEET IN HEIGHT. |
