 UNDER THE FAIR HOUSING ACT (F.A.C)
  
 1) THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING TUB AND CONVERTING IT TO
 A SHOWER IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER F.A.C WITH OUT A
 COMPLETE PLAN BEING PROVIDE SHOWING ALL USABLE BATHROOM
 AND KNOWING WHAT DESIGN SPEC WAS USED. FOR SHOWERS
 UNDER F.A.C YOU MUST SHOW AND HAVE A 48" X 30" PARALLEI
 APPROACH TO THE SHOWER WHICH THE TOILET IS NOT
 PERMITTED TO ENCROACH INTO. THE TOILET MUST KEEP THE
 18" CLEARANCE FROM THE TUB/SHOWER. I WOULD ADVISED
 CONSULTING A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WITH FAIR HOUSING
 KNOWLEDGE.
  
 2) PLANS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE DRAWN IN PENCIL. PLANS
 MUST BE ON SUITABLE MATERIAL. FBC 107.2.1
  
 3) PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING THE REQUIRED F.A.C CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACES WILL REMAIN. FBC 107.3.5
