 COMPLY WITH THE EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS
 SEC. R310.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. WINDOW SCHEDULE SPECIFY
 5'-0" HIGH WINDOWS. TYPICALLY, 5-0" HIGH WINDOWS DON'T
 PROVIDE THE 24" CLEAR OPENING HEIGHT. PROVIDE
 MANUFACTURER'S CUT SHEETS SHOWING THAT SPECIFIED WINDOW
 SIZE PROVIDES 24" CLEAR OPENING AND MIN. TOTAL CLEAR
 OPENING OF 5.7S.F.
 NOTE: VISIT THE WEBSITE FOR WINDOWS PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED (CGI WINDOWS AND DOORS) FOR WINDOW SIZES THAT
