 1) REPEAT COMMENT: SINCE THE BUILDING IS SHOWN ON TOP
 OF THE EXISTING EASEMENT RECORDED IN ORB 5832 PB 1420,
 YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE RELEASE AND RELOCATION
 AGREEMENT FOR THE EASEMENT PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF
 THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: MANY OF THE DIMENSIONS LISTED ON
 SHEET C-5 ARE NO LONGER ACCURATE. IT APPEARS THAT
 DIGITS WERE LEFT OFF - EX. 21.3 FEET BECAME 1.3 FEET.
 CORRECT ALL LABELS. - NO NEW PLAN SUBMITTED.
  
 3) UPDATED COMMENT: ALL ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 MUST BE SCREENED AT FINAL INSPECTION. ONE OF THE
 DRAWINGS DEMONSTRATES THAT ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT IS VISIBLE
 FROM NORTHWOOD UNIVERSITY DRIVE; HOWEVER, THE RESPONSE
 STATES THAT THIS WILL BE SCREENED BY THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE. STAFF WILL LET THE PROJECT PROCEED, BUT IF
 THE ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT IS VISIBLE WHEN THE BUILDING IS
 READY FOR FINAL INSPECTION (CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY),
 ZONING STAFF WILL NOT PASS THE INSPECTION.
  
 4) DUE TO CHANGES TO THE APPROVED PLANS, AN AS BUILT
 MINOR PD AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 5) SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 B. GENERATOR
 C. HARDSCAPE
 D. BICYCLE RACKS
 E. LANDSCAPE
 F. PARKING LOTS, INCLUDING STRIPING.
 E. DECK
