 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE ELECTRICAL AND TRASH ROOMS HAVE BEEN FLIPPED
 FROM THE CITY COMMISSION APPROVAL, SO THE ELEVATIONS
 HAVE CHANGED. ADDITIONALLY, THE FINAL ELEVATIONS SHOW
 LOUVERS AND CANOPIES THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED ON THE
 ORIGINAL APPROVAL. AN AS BUILT MINOR PD AMENDMENT IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR
 TO THE FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 2) THE ROOF PLANS SHOW MOUNTING CURBS FOR ROOFTOP
 EQUIPMENT.
  
 A. THE APPROVED PLANS DID NOT INCLUDE ANY ROOFTOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, TO
 INCLUDE THE CHILLERS, WATER STORAGE TANKS AND THE
 GENERATOR WERE SHOWN THROUGH THE APPROVAL PROCESS IN
 THE SCREENED EQUIPMENT YARD ENCLOSURE AT GROUND LEVEL.
  
 B. EXPLAIN WHAT EQUIPMENT IS PROPOSED TO BE MOUNTED ON
 THE ROOF? THE MECHANICAL ROOF PLAN SHOWS OAR1, EAR2 AND
 EAR2 EQUIPMENT ON THE ROOF. ZONING STAFF WAS UNABLE TO
 LOCATED THE DETAILS FOR THESE FEATURES.
  
 C. PROVIDE INFORMATION THAT THE PROPOSED BUILDING
 PARAPETS ARE OF SUFFICIENT HEIGHT TO SCREEN THE ROOFTOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, TO INCLUDE THE TRASH CHUTE VENT.
  
 3) PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING
 DIVISION AND APPROVED BY THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE PLANNER
 FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AREA.
  
 4) SHEET C-5 SITE LAYOUT SHOWS A NEW 10 FOOT FPL
 EASEMENT AND LINE AND A RELOCATED EXISTING 12 FOOT
 UTILITY EASEMENT COMPARED TO THE APPROVED PLANS (NOTE:
 THE SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE APPROVAL PROCESS SHOWS A
 10 FOOT SOUTHERN BELL EASEMENT AT THIS LOCATION). THE
 PROPOSED FPL EASEMENT AND LINE DIRECTLY INTERFERE WITH
 THE LOCATION OF TREE LOCATIONS ON THE CITY COMMISSION
 APPROVED PLANS. ALL UTILITIES MUST USE THE EXISTING
 EASEMENT, SUBJECT TO ADJUSTMENT TO AVOID THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING, AND AVOID THE APPROVED TREES. THERE IS NO
 JUSTIFICATION FOR 22 FEET OF UTILITY EASEMENT.
  
 5) SINCE THE BUILDING IS SHOWN ON TOP OF THE EXISTING
 EASEMENT RECORDED IN ORB 5832 PB 1420, YOU WILL NEED TO
 PROVIDE THE RELEASE AND RELOCATION AGREEMENT FOR THE
 EASEMENT PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 NOTE: THE EXISTING CONDITIONS PLAN DOES NOT SHOW
 ANYTHING IN THE RECORDED EASEMENT.
  
 6) MANY OF THE DIMENSIONS LISTED ON SHEET C-5 ARE NO
 LONGER ACCURATE. IT APPEARS THAT DIGITS WERE LEFT OFF ?
 EX. 21.3 FEET BECAME 1.3 FEET. CORRECT ALL LABELS.
  
 7) SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 B. GENERATOR
 C. HARDSCAPE
 D. BICYCLE RACKS
 E. LANDSCAPE
 F. PARKING LOTS, INCLUDING STRIPING.
