 REQUIRED DOOR WIDTH IS 32 INCHES. PLEASE REVIEW THE
 2017 FBC-B:
 1010.1.1 SIZE OF DOORS. THE REQUIRED CAPACITY OF EACH
 DOOR OPENING SHALL BE SUFFICIENT FOR THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 THEREOF AND SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF 32
 INCHES. CLEAR OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS
 SHALL BE MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE
 STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES).
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 404.2.3 CLEAR WIDTH. DOOR
 OPENINGS SHALL PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES
 MINIMUM. CLEAR OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS
 SHALL BE MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE
 STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES.
  
 3B) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET SHOWS 2 EXISTING RESTROOMS,
 BOTH SHOW A CIRCLE WITHIN BOTH, NOT DIMENSIONED, ON
 SHEET 002-A-101 THE DIMENSION PLAN DOES NOT SHOW
 DIMENSIONS TO THE EXISTING RESTROOMS. COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 213.2 NOR 603 CANNOT BE
 DETERMINED.
  
 3C) THIS SHEET SHOWS CUSTOMER SEATING AND TABLES BUT
 DOES NOT GIVE THE HEIGHT OF THE ACCESSIBLE TABLE? SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION
 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND WORK
 SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 4A) SHEET 010-A-401 DETAIL 1 SHOWS ONE OF THE EXISTING
 RESTROOMS AND STATES FOR REFERENCE ONLY. THIS DETAIL
 DOES NOT INDICATE THAT THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE AN
 ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM ALTHOUGH THERE IS A CIRCLE WITHIN
 THE RESTROOM POSSIBLY REPRESENTING 5 FOOT DIAMETER AND
 COMPLIANCE WITH ACCESS. CODE 304.3.1 THE CIRCLE NOR
 DOES THE ROOM SHOW ANY DIMENSIONS INDICATING CODE
 COMPLIANCE.
  
 4B) WITHIN THIS SAME RESTROOM THE PLAN DOES SHOW THE
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE REQUIRED BY 604.3.1 BUT DOES NOT MEET
 THE OVERLAP REQUIREMENTS OF 604.3.2 OF THE ACCESS.
 CODE.
  
 4C) PLEASE SEE THE ELEVATIONS FOR THE GRAB BARS, DETAIL
 4 ELEVATIONS, THE GRAB BARS ARE DIMENSIONED FROM THE
 CENTERLINE OF THE GARB BAR, UNDER THE 2017
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE YOU WOULD MEASURE FROM THE TOP
 OF THE BAR.
  
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF
 GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL
