 2. PROVIDE AIC RATING FROM SUPPLY TRANSFORMER. PROVIDE
 CALCULATION TO DEMONSTRATE EQUIPMENT IS SIZED ACCORDING
 TO THE SUPPLY.
 AIC RATING OF SERVICE DISCONNECT AND PANEL
 FBC R E3606.3AVAILABLE SHORT-CIRCUIT CURRENT.
 SERVICE EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SUITABLE FOR THE MAXIMUM
 FAULT CURRENT AVAILABLE AT ITS SUPPLY TERMINALS, BUT
 NOT LESS THAN 10,000 AMPERES. (110.9)
  
 3. LIGHT FIXTURES IN SHOWER AND TUB AREAS APPEAR TO BE
 FLUSH MOUNT OR RECESSED FIXTURES. THESE FIXTURES NEED
 TO BE VAPOR PROOF.
  
 4. PROVIDE COMPLIANCE: "A MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF THE
 LAMPS IN PERMANENTLY INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL
 BE HIGH-EFFICACY LAMPS OR A MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF
 THE PERMANENTLY INSTALLED LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL
 CONTAIN ONLY HIGH EFFICACY LAMPS". A NOTE WILL SUFFICE.

 5. THE TWO 220VOLT OUTLETS LOCATED AT REAR PORCH ARE
 NOT LISTED IN LOAD CALC'S. THIS MAY CHANGE GENERAL LOAD
 CALCULATION. DESCRIBE WHAT THESE OUTLETS WILL BE
 UTILIZED FOR.
  
 6. KITCHEN OUTLETS REQUIRE AFCI PROTECTION. PROVIDE
 NARRATIVE TO INCLUDE ALL CIRCUTS REQUIRING AFCI
 PROTECTION.
 AFCI PROTECTION SHOWN IS NOT CODE COMPLIANT. ALL BRANCH
 CIRCUITS THAT SUPPLY 120-VOLT, SINGLE-PHASE, 15- AND
 20-AMPERE OUTLETS INSTALLED IN KITCHENS, FAMILY ROOMS,
 DINING ROOMS, LIVING ROOMS, PARLORS, LIBRARIES, DENS,
 BEDROOMS, SUN-ROOMS, RECREATIONS ROOMS, CLOSETS,
 HALLWAYS, LAUNDRY AREAS AND SIMILAR ROOMS OR AREAS
 SHALL BE AFCI PROTECTED. THIS INCLUDES LIGHTING, POWER

 UNDERSUZED.
  
 8. SMOKE DETECTOR LOCATED IN UPSTAIRS HALLWAY CANNOT BE
 WITHIN 3 FEET OF BATHROON DOOR.
  
 9. BEDROOM #4 MISSING SMOKE DETECTOR.
  
 10. DISHWASHER REQUIRES GFCI PROTECTION.
  
 11. RECEPTACLE REQUIRED AT FRONT OF HOUSE.
  
 NOTE: FBCRE4002.14 TAMPER-RESISTANT RECEPTACLES.
 IN AREAS SPECIFIED IN SECTION E3901.1, 125-VOLT, 15-
 AND 20-AMPERE RECEPTACLES SHALL BE LISTED
 TAMPER-RESISTANT RECEPTACLES.
