 HAD 28 PARKING SPACES, SO THE REQUIRED PARKING FOR 1600
 N. DIXIE HIGHWAY IS 28 PARKING SPACES. 28 PARKING
 SPACES ARE PROVIDED. THE PARKING TABLE NEEDS TO STATE
 IT THAT WAY.
 B. THE 28 PARKING SPACES REQUIRE TWO ADA SPACES - TWO
 PROVIDED.
 C. THE 28 PARKING SPACES REQUIRE TWO BICYCLE PARKING
 SPACES - TWO PROVIDED.
 D. NO STREET PARKING MAY BE SHOWN ON THIS PLAN AS IT
 HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED BY THE CITY'S ENGINEERING
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW CITY CODE
 COMPLIANT STRIPING ON STREET PARKING.
 E. THE BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE AND PARKING FOR 1522 N.
 DIXIE HIGHWAY IS NOT PART OF THE PERMIT OR REQUIREMENTS
 FOR 1600 N. DIXIE HIGHWAY, SO IT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED
 FROM THE PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT.

 NOTE: THE 22 FOOT WIDE DRIVE AISLE IS A GRANDFATHERED
