 1) WHEN THIS LOCATION WAS ORIGINALLY SUBMITTED TO THE
 CITY IN 2019, STAFF PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING COMMENT, "IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 78-402(B) AND 78-411(B)(4) OF
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES, THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH IS REQUESTING THAT THIS
 PROPOSED SMALL WIRELESS FACILITY BE MOVED TO ANOTHER
 LOCATION IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PLACED ON AN
 ALTERNATIVE UTILITY POLE OR ON A NEW UTILITY POLE TO BE
 INSTALLED WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY." THERE WAS NO
 DISCUSSION REGARDING AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION. STAFF HAS
 BEEN IN DISCUSSION WITH THE RELATED COMPANY, DEVELOPER
 OF THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES, SINCE THIS LOCATION WAS
 ORIGINALLY PROPOSED. THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE INVOLVED IN
 THE ALTERNATIVE SITING LOCATION SO THAT THE PROPOSED
 POLE LOCATION DOES NOT CONFLICT WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT
 OF ROSEMARY SQUARE. PLEASE REACH OUT TO DAVID HARRISON
 AT THE CONTACT BELOW TO BEGIN DISCUSSIONS.

 2) THE SURVEY AND ENGINEERING PLAN PROVIDED WITH THE
 APPLICATION INCORRECTLY SHOW THE SIDEWALK WIDTH AND
 THUS TRAVEL LANE CURB. STAFF HAS SURVEYS FROM WHEN
 RELATED RECONSTRUCTED HIBISCUS STREET WHICH SHOW THE
 SIDEWALK AT APPROXIMATELY 15 FEET IN WIDTH. THE
 PROPOSED POLE LOCATION AT 8.75 IS IN THE VALET DROP OFF
 AREA.
  
 3) THE SURVEY CALLS OUT INCORRECT OWNERSHIP INFORMATION
 IN THE AREA AND STATES THE PROPOSED POLE HEIGHT AT ZERO
 FEET. THE SURVEY NEEDS TO SHOW ACCURATE INFORMATION.
  
 4) THE EXISTING DECORATIVE LIGHT SHOWN ON THE SURVEY IS
 17 FEET TALL (CITY CODE REQUIREMENT FOR HIBISCUS
 STREET). THE OVERALL FACILITY HEIGHT IS 24 FEET IN
 HEIGHT, WHICH EXCEEDS THE ALLOWANCE LISTED IN SECTION
 94-411(G)(1) OF THE CITY CODE.
  
 5) PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION OF THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC
 WHICH VERIFIES THAT THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS WITH
 EXISTING UTILITIES.
  
 6) THE POLE STYLE MEETS CITY REQUIREMENTS. THE POLE
 COLOR IN THIS AREA SHALL BE RAL/RAYCAP 7022 UMBRA GREY.
