 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA

 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.3.4.3 CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR.
 PLEASE NOTE THE EXCEPTION TO ENGINEERED PLANS UNDER
 471.003(H) ELECTRICAL/ PLUMBING/ MECHANICAL,
 481.229(1)(C) (BUILDING) REQUIRES THE CONTRACTOR FOR
 THAT TRADE THAT WILL BE LICENSED IN THAT TRADE, WILL
 ALSO BE THE CONTRACTOR THAT DESIGNS THE SYSTEM UNDER
 THAT TRADE. FOR EACH TRADE THE CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE
 FOR THE DESIGN UNDER THE TRADE LICENSED IN MUST PRINT
 THEIR NAME, SIGN THEIR NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER, NOTE
 THESE PLANS APPEAR TO BE DRAWN BY ONE INDUVIAL, THEY
 WOULD HAVE TO BE LICENSED AS A BUILDING, ELECTRICAL AND
 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT ALL THESE TRADES UNDER
 ONE SHEET.
  
 1B) PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NOTES ON THE DEMO PLAN NOTED
 # 1 TO REMOVE ALL TILE THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE, PLEASE
 UPDATE THE PLANS THIS IS NOT A SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE.
 ALSO UNDER THE GENERAL NOTES THERE ARE REFERENCES TO
 SHUTTING OFF THE MAIN WATER VALVE TO THE HOUSE, AND
 DRIVEWAYS AND OTHER AREAS ARE TO BE PROTECTED. IT WOULD
 APPEAR WHOMEVER DESIGNED THIS PLAN IS A RESIDENTIAL
 DRAFTSMAN.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE WITHIN THE ONE SHEET SUBMITTED THERE IS
 A INTERIOR DEMO FLOOR PLAN, NEW FLOOR PLAN FOR PLUMBING
 AND A ELECTRICAL FLOOR PLAN, THERE IS NO FLOOR PLAN FOR
 THE PROPOSED BUILDING PORTION OF THE PROJECT.

 CLASS (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED)
 FOR AIR-BORNE NOISE WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM
 E 90.
  
 7C) FLAME SPREAD- FBC-B 2017 603.1. EXCEPTION 2.
 INSULATION INSTALLED BETWEEN A FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID
 DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED
 TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200.
  
 FLAME SPREAD INDEX. A COMPARATIVE MEASURE, EXPRESSED AS
 A DIMENSIONLESS NUMBER, DERIVED FROM VISUAL
 MEASUREMENTS OF THE SPREAD OF FLAME VERSUS TIME FOR A
 MATERIAL TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84 OR UL 723.
  
 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
