 ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY COULD HAVE FEMALE STAFFING.

 INTO ANY CLEAR FLOOR SPACE UNLESS A 30" X 48" CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE IS PROVIDES OUTSIDE THE SWING OF THE DOOR.

 OCCUPANIES REQUIRE A SERVICE SINK PER FBC-P TABLE403.1.
  
 15) THIS BUILDING WOULD FALL UNDER THE FAIR HOUSING
 AMENDMENT ACT. PLEASE PROVIDES WHAT SAFE HARBOR YOU ARE
 USING AS A STANDARD AND PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE'S FOR USAGABLE KITCHEN'S AND BATHROOMS FOR
 ALL UNIT'S. THIS WOULD ALSO INCLUDE THE LAUNDRY ROOM
 ACCESS TO THE WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER.
  
 16) BEING THAT YOU HAVE 2 STAFF ONLY DWELLINGS SHOULD 1
