 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A102 INDICATES THE TRAVEL DISTANCE FROM THE
 FRONT OF THE SUITE TO THE REAR IS OVER 75 FEET, AN
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF 45 FIRE SPRINKLERED FOR A MERCANTILE/
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY THE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 1006.2.1 COMMON
 PATH OF TRAVEL IS LIMITED TO 75 FEET WHICH WILL REQUIRE
 TWO EXITS. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH:
  
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 207.1 MEANS OF
 EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 1003.2.13 OF THE
 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE (2000 EDITION AND 2001
 SUPPLEMENT) OR SECTION 1007 OF THE INTERNATIONAL
 BUILDING CODE (2003 EDITION).
  
 2003 IBC-B 1007.1 WHERE MORE THAN ONE MEANS OF EGRESS
 IS REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 1014.1 OR 1018.1 FROM ANY
 ACCESSIBLE SPACE, EACH ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE SPACE
 SHALL BE SERVED BY NOT LESS THAN TWO MEANS OF EGRESS.
  
 2) IF THE REAR EXIT IS NOT ACCESSIBLE, THEN SHOW HOW UP
 TO $5,000.00 DOLLARS COULD BE SPENT ON ACCESSIBLE
 UPGRADES, SEE THE ORDER IN WHICH THE FUNDS ARE TO BE
 SPENT.
 2017 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 202.4.1DISPROPORTIONATE
 COST. ALTERATIONS MADE TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA WILL BE DEEMED
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL ALTERATION WHEN THE
 COST EXCEEDS 20% OF THE COST OF THE ALTERATION TO THE
 PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA. COSTS THAT MAY BE COUNTED AS

 THE RESTROOM, BUT THERE IS NO SUCH SHEET LISTED IN THE
 SHEET INDEX NOR IS THERE SUCH SHEET IN THE SET OF
 PLANS. CODE COMPLIANCE FOR THESE ELEMENTS CANNOT BE
 REVIEWED FOR THIS REVIEW. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
