 REQUIRED BY FBC 1007.1.1. EXCEPTION NUMBER 2 ALLOWS
 ONE-THIRD WHEN THE BUILDING IS SPRINKLERED THROUGHOUT
 WITH AN APPROVED AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM. THIS
 BUILDING IS NOT SPRINKLERED. THE TWO EXITS FROM THE
 ASSEMBLY AREA ARE SEPARATED BY 36 FEET, HOWEVER, THE
 CORRIDORS THAT THEY DISCHARGE INTO (NUMBERS 103 AND
 113) ARE NOT PHYSICALLY SEPARATED FROM EACH OTHER BY
 FIRE RATED WALLS OR DOORS AND ARE LESS THAN 25 FEET
 APART AT ONE POINT. THEY ARE TECHNICALLY SHARING THE
 SAME CORRIDOR. THE CODE REQUIREMENTS TABLE ON SHEET
 A0.02 STATES THAT 4 EXITS ARE PROVIDED. THERE ARE ONLY
 3 EXITS PER THE PLANS. THE COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL IN THE
 TABLE IS 100', HOWEVER, IT IS 75' FOR ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCIES PER FBC TABLE 1006.1. THESE ITEMS STILL
 NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. 5A)FBC 1020.1 AND TABLE 1020.1
 REQUIRES CORRIDORS SERVING OCCUPANT LOADS GREATER THAN
 30 IN BUILDINGS WITHOUT SPRINKLER SYSTEMS TO HAVE A

 THE STRUCTURAL DRAWING IF THE PROPERTY LINE DRAWN IS AN
 ACCURATE REPRESENTATION. THE NEW FOOTING FOR THE
 EXTERIOR WALL CAN NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE.

 SIGNATURE ON THE ENERGY FORMS IS SELF CERTIFIED. THE
 BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS HAS ADVISED THAT AN
 ENGINEER'S DIGITAL SIGNATURE REQUIRES A THIRD PARTY
 CERTIFICATION. NEW COMMENT. THE COST OF THIS PROJECT IS
 MORE THAN 30 PERCENT OF THE ASSESSED VALUE OF THE
 STRUCTURE. THEREFORE THIS IS CONSIDERED A RENOVATED
 BUILDING AND IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE 2017 FBC
 ENERGY CONSERVATION. SUBMIT THE REQUIRED CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS TO SHOW THAT THE PROJECT COMPLIES WITH THE
 FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION. SEE SECTION C103.

 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
