 BECAUSE THE WORK AREA IS THE ENTIRE BUILDING. SPECIFY

 IDENTIFY ALL EXITS, FBC 1006. SHOW ALL REQUIRED MEANS
 OF EGRESS PATHS OF TRAVEL, FBC 1005. SPECIFY THE DOOR
 WIDTHS AND THE NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS THAT WILL BE USING
 EACH EXIT, FBC 1005. SHOW THE EXIT/EXIT ACCESS
 SEPARATION DISTANCE REQUIRED BY FBC 1007.1.1
  
 6) COMPLIED. THE DOOR ON GROUND LEVEL AT THE NORTHWEST
 CORNER OF THE BUILDING IN CORRIDOR #125 CAN NOT BE USED
 AS AN EXIT. THE EXIT DISCHARGES ONTO THE ADJACENT
 PROPERTY AND DOES NOT OPEN TO A PUBLIC WAY AS REQUIRED.

 7) COMPLIED, THIS AREA IS NOT A KITCHEN. THE LIFE
 SAFETY PLAN APPEARS TO SHOW AN EXIT EGRESS THROUGH A
 KITCHEN AREA (CAFE, ROOM #114). FBC 1016.2 (5) DOES NOT
 ALLOW EGRESS TO PASS THROUGH KITCHENS.
  
 8) TO BE ADDRESSED. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL HAS AGREED TO
 ACCEPT THE DESIGN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 165 PERSONS USING
 THE 15 NET LOAD FACTOR, AS LONG AS, A SIGN IS POSTED
 CONSPICUOUSLY NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE BOARD ROOM
 THAT STATES THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR THE ROOM IS 165
 PERSONS. THIS NEEDS TO BE SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS. SEE
 FBC1004.3. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR
 OF 15 NET WAS DETERMINED FOR THE ASSEMBLY AREA. THE
 PLANS APPEAR TO SHOW CONCENTRATED CHAIRS THAT ARE NOT
 FIXED, WHICH WOULD BE AN OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR OF 7 NET.
 IF THE CHAIRS ARE NOT PRESENT, THIS COULD BE CONSIDERED
 STANDING SPACE WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR OF 5 NET.

 DOCUMENT CLASSIFICATION. FL 61G-15-30.006 (3) THE
 DELEGATED ENGINEER SHALL FORWARD THE DELEGATED
 ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR
 REVIEW.
  
 12) NOT ADDRESSED. THE SPECIFIC ITEMS THAT YOU WISH TO
 BE DEFERRED ARE TO BE LISTED ON THE PLANS. 107.3.4.1
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION,
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF
 THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE
 APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL
 OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR
 REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL
 REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 WITH A NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL
 CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 13) COMPLIED. THRESHOLDS ACCESS. CODE 404.2.5.
 THRESHOLDS, IF PROVIDED AT DOORWAYS, SHALL BE 1/2 INCH
 (13 MM) HIGH MAXIMUM. RAISED THRESHOLDS AND CHANGES IN
 LEVEL AT DOORWAYS SHALL COMPLY WITH 302 AND 303.
  
 14) NOT COMPLIED. THIS IS TO BE NOTED ON THE PLANS. THE
 STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS INDICATE THAT THE METAL BAR JOISTS
 WILL BE MODIFIED. THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY.
 WELDED OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS
 THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE
 SPECIFICATIONS & WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE
 QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED
 STANDARDS AT TIME OF INSPECTION.

 2017 FBC-B 2204.2 BOLTING.
  
 15) WILL COMPLY. THE STRUCTURAL PLANS SHOW A NEW
 FOOTING FOR THE NEW EXTERIOR WALL. THERE WAS NO SURVEY
 SUBMITTED TO SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE EXTERIOR WALL
 WITH RELATION TO THE PROPERTY LINE. IT IS NOT CLEAR ON
 THE STRUCTURAL DRAWING IF THE PROPERTY LINE DRAWN IS AN
 ACCURATE REPRESENTATION. THE NEW FOOTING FOR THE
 EXTERIOR WALL CAN NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE.

 16) NEW COMMENT. THE COST OF THIS PROJECT IS MORE THAN
 30 PERCENT OF THE ASSESSED VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE.
 THEREFORE THIS IS CONSIDERED A RENOVATED BUILDING AND
 IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE 2017 FBC ENERGY
 CONSERVATION. SUBMIT THE REQUIRED CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS TO SHOW THAT THE PROJECT COMPLIES WITH THE
 FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION. SEE SECTION C103.
  
 17) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
