 DEVELOPER PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT. PLEASE
 PROVIDE A COPY OF SUCH APPROVAL.
  
 1.2. BUILDINGS OF 2 OR MORE STORES ARE LIMITED TO ONE
 (1) SIGN PER TENANT, PLUS ONE (1) ADDITIONAL BUILDING
 SIGN; THE EXISTING BUILDING ALREADY HAS THE MAXIMUM
 NUMBER OF SIGNS PERMITTED.
  
 1.3. THE SIGN AREA SHALL NOT EXCEED 60% OF THE
 ALLOCATION PROVIDED IN SEC. 94-409 OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. THE DIMENSIONS OF THE
 ENTIRE FA?ADE (HEIGHT AND WIDTH) SHALL BE PROVIDED.
