 INCH SCALE INDICATED. TYPICALLY THESE SHEETS WOULD BE
 24X36 AND SHOULD BE PRINTED OUT AT THAT SIZE FOR
 INSPECTORS TO USE AT THE SITE.
 A. PLEASE UPDATE PAPER SIZE THAT THE SCALE MATCHES. I
 CANNOT SCALE OFF OF THE PROVIDED SHEETS.
 B. DIMENSION CLEAR SPACE IN BAR AREA AROUND PREP TABLE.
 THIS TABLE APPEARS TO RESTRICT EGRESS FROM THAT AREA.
 C. PROVIDE DETAIL OF BAR CONSTRUCTION AND SPACE
 PROVIDED BELOW.
 D. SHOW CLEAR SPACE AT ADA BATHROOMS.
  
 1210.2.2 FBC[B] WALLS AND PARTITIONS. WALLS AND
 PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF SERVICE SINKS, URINALS AND
 WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT
 SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE
 FLOOR, AND EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE
 MATERIALS USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS
 NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.

 PATH OF EGRESS TRAVEL DISTANCE.
 -PLEASE STATE THE MAXIMUM COMMON PATH FROM TABLE
 1006.2.1. SHOW THE FULL DISTANCE OF TRAVEL TO THE
 EXTERIOR OF BUILDING SINCE THE EXIT STAIRS FROM
 MEZZANINE ARE NOT ENCLOSED.
  
 3. 505.2.1 FBC[B] AREA LIMITATION. THE AGGREGATE AREA
 OF A MEZZANINE OR MEZZANINES WITHIN A ROOM SHALL BE NOT
 GREATER THAN ONE-THIRD OF THE FLOOR AREA OF THAT ROOM
 OR SPACE IN WHICH THEY ARE LOCATED.
 THE CURRENT MEZZANINE DOESN?T MEET THE SIZE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR A MEZZANINE. THIS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED
 A 2 ND FLOOR.
 THE FLOOR OPENING IS ALLOWED PER 712.1.9 TWO-STORY
 OPENINGS.
 -PLEASE RENAME THIS LEVEL AND INCLUDE THE AREA IN AREA
 DATA SHEET G001.
  
 4. 226.1 FBC[A] THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE REQUIRES 0.05 %
 OF ALL SEATING TO BE ACCESSIBLE. WHERE DINING SURFACES
 ARE PROVIDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT
 LEAST 0.05 PERCENT OF THE SEATING SPACES AND STANDING
 SPACES AT THE DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
 -SHOW ON PLANS 0.05% OF SEATING TO COMPLY WITH 226.1
 AND 902 FOR THE BAR SEATING.
