 CODE REQUIREMENTS AS TO WHAT CODE THE PLANS WERE
 CREATED, NOR DOES THE PLAN INDICATE UNDER THE EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE WHICH METHOD THE PLANS WERE DEVELOPED NOR
 DOES THE PLAN INDICATE ANY OF THE BUILDING CRITERIA.
  
 1A) THE 2017 FBC-B WAS ADOPTED STATEWIDE ON DEC.
 30/2017.
  
 1B) THE 2017 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE SECTION 301.1.
 THE REPAIR, ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION
 OR RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS 301.1.1
 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT. SECTIONS
 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 SHALL NOT BE APPLIED IN
 COMBINATION WITH EACH OTHER.

 WIDTH AND LENGTH OF THE ROOMS, THE TELCO ROOM 115 AND
 STORAGE ROOM 112 ARE MISSING THE WIDTH OF THE ROOMS.
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO BE ABLE
 TO BUILD THE WALLS WITHOUT DIMENSIONS.
  
 3) SHEET 020-A5.51 MILLWORK DETAILS DETAIL NUMBER 2
 INDICATES THE BREAKROOM COUNTER TOP AND SINK, WHAT THE
 PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE IS AT WHAT HEIGHT THE COUNTER TOP
 OR SINK IS. THE PLAN STATES REFER TO PLANS. SHEET
 012-A1.11 DOES SHOW WHERE TO FIND DETAILS FOR THE
 RECEPTIONIST DESK, EXAM ROOM SINKS BUT THERE IS NO
 DETAIL OR CUT SECTION FOR THE BREAK ROOM SINK. PLEASE
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 SECTION:
 606.3HEIGHT. LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE INSTALLED
 WITH THE FRONT OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR COUNTER
 SURFACE 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
