 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET 1 ESEALED FOR 2529 OKEECHOBEE PLEASE NOTE IF
 SUBMITTED PLAN REPRESENTS THE ACTUAL PARKING SPACES
 ALLOTTED TO CHECKERS THERE ARE MORE THAN 25 PARKING
 SPACES, THIS PLAN SHOWS 53 PARKING SPACES, WHERE TABLE
 208.2 OF THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE WOULD REQUIRE
 3 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. PLEASE NOTE WITH MULTIPLE
 SPACES YOU CANNOT WHEEL BEHIND OTHER ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES.
  
 2) SHEET 2 ESEALED FOR 2529 OKEECHOBEE. THE SUBMITTED
 PLAN FOR THE PROPOSED CROSSWALKS AND ACCESS AISLE DO
 SHOW ELEVATION CHANGES FOR THE CROSS WALK BUT THE
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE AND ACCESS AISLE DOES NOT
 PROVIDE THE ELEVATION TAGS TO BE ABLE TO SHOW THE
 ACCESS AISLE AND PARKING SPACE MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
 FOUND IN THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION FOR
 CROSS SLOPES FOR:
  
 2A) CROSS SLOPES FOR RAMPS 405.3 CROSS SLOPE. CROSS
 SLOPE OF RAMP RUNS SHALL NOT BE STEEPER THAN 1:48.
  
 2B) PARKING SPACES & ACCESS AISLES: 502.4 FLOOR OR
 GROUND SURFACES. PARKING SPACES AND ACCESS AISLES
 SERVING THEM SHALL COMPLY WITH 302. ACCESS AISLES SHALL
 BE AT THE SAME LEVEL AS THE PARKING SPACES THEY SERVE.
 CHANGES IN LEVEL ARE NOT PERMITTED.
 EXCEPTION: SLOPES NOT STEEPER THAN 1:48 SHALL BE
 PERMITTED.
  
 3) SHEET 2 OF THE ESEALED PLANS DOES SHOW DIAGONAL
 STRIPED ACCESS AISLE. SHEET 3 ESEALED SHOW A 96 INCH
 WIDE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE AND 60 INCH WIDE ACCESS
 AISLE. PLEASE NOTE THESE DETAILS MAY MEET THE FEDERAL
 ADA CODE, BUT THEY DO NOT MEET THE FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE. THE DEPARTMENT HAS APPROVED THE
 FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE SINCE IT IS A MORE STRINGENT
 CODE THAN THE ADA. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THIS DETAIL IS A
 SINGLE STRIPE, PLEASE REVIEW THE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
 SECTION MUNI CODE ARTICLE XV PARKING, 94-485 FOR THE
 DIMENSIONS OF AN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE, ACCESS AISLE
 AND COLORS EACH ARE TO BE PAINTED.
  
 502.3.3 MARKING. ACCESS AISLES SHALL BE MARKED SO AS TO
 DISCOURAGE PARKING IN THEM. THE ACCESS AISLE MUST BE
 STRIPED DIAGONALLY TO DESIGNATE IT AS A NO-PARKING
 ZONE.
 ADVISORY 502.3.3 MARKING. THE METHOD AND COLOR OF
 MARKING ARE NOT SPECIFIED BY THESE REQUIREMENTS BUT MAY
 BE ADDRESSED BY STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS.
 BECAUSE THESE REQUIREMENTS PERMIT THE VAN ACCESS AISLE
 TO BE AS WIDE AS A PARKING SPACE, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT
 THE AISLE BE CLEARLY MARKED.
 FLORIDA LAW, S.553.5041 (5)(C)1., REQUIRES DIAGONAL
 STRIPING OF ACCESS AISLES.
  
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
