 NOTE:
 MECHANICAL REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT REQUIRED INFORMATION AFTER
 THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES MAY APPLY. CONTRACTOR
 TO ADVICE IF PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME
 OR IF RE-SUBMITTING REQUIRED INFORMATION BEFORE PERMIT
 ISSUANCE.
  
 ***ENERGY CALCUATIIONS NEED TO BE CERTIFIED BY THE
 OWNER PRIOR TO APPROVE THE MECHANICAL REVIEW.

 SIZING CALCULATIONS OR PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION
 UNDER A SEPARATE APPLICATION. SEC. 107.5.3(11) CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE:
 NO MECHANICAL PLANS WERE SUBMITTED AND THE EQUIPMENT
 SIZING CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED ARE FOR ANOTHER PROJECT.
  
 RESPONSE:
 A) EQUIPMENT SHOWN ON A/C PLAN PROVIDED DOESN'T MATCH
 EQUIPMENT LISTED ON THE LOAD CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. R403.7.1 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
 NOTE: ALSO COORDINATE WITH A/C SEER SHOWN ON THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 B) A/C PLAN SUBMITTED DOESN'T SHOW THE MAIN RETURN AIR
 OPENING. SEC. M1602.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SPECIFY SIZE AND
 LOCATION
  
 C) CFM'S SHOWN ON THE A/C PLAN DON'T MATCH CFM'S SHOWN
 ON THE LOAD CALCULATIONS. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.
