 PLAN IS NOT CLEAR. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 A) CLEARLY SPECIFY WHAT AT ARE THE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS. CLEARLY SPECIFY SIZES OF
 ALL ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS. CLEARLY SPECIFY ALL END
 CONNECTIONS OF THE ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS.
  
 RESPONSE:
 PARTIALLY COMPLIED. NEW ROOF TRUSS SYSTEM WAS PROVIDED.
 BUT NEED TO CLARIFY THE FOLLOWING:
 (1) HOW IS THE PROPOSED TRUSS CONNECTOR "A" (SIMPSON
 HETA20) GOING TO BE INSTALLED. THIS CONNECTOR NEEDS 4"
 EMBEDMENT. HOW DO YOU GET THE 4" EMBEDMENT IN AN
 EXISTING CONCRETE BEAM?. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 (2) HOW IS THE PROPOSED TRUSS CONNECTOR "B" (SIMPSON
 H10A) GOING TO BE INSTALLED. THIS IS A WOOD TO WOOD
 CONNECTOR. ACCORDING TO PLANS SUBMITTED, IT LOOKS LIKE
 THERE IS A CONCRETE TIE BEAM NOT WOOD BEAM. SEC.

 THAT IS GOING TO BE CONVERTED TO BEDROOM. WALLS AND
 CEILING. SEC. R103.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. NOTE:
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS AND PLANS TO BE COORDINATED TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 RESPONSE:
 PLANS DON'T SPECIFY INSULATION AT THE PERIMETER WALL OF
 THE EXISTING GARAGE AREA TO BE CONVERTED TO BEDROOM.
  
 NEW COMMENTS:
 7- WINDOWS IN MASTER BEDROOM WERE REVISED. WINDOWS IN
