 1- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 1106 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING AND SEC. R101.4.2
 AND R101.5 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 2- INFORMATION ON SHEET 02 FOR PROPOSED ROOF FRAMING
 PLAN IS NOT CLEAR. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 A) CLEARLY SPECIFY WHAT AT ARE THE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS. CLEARLY SPECIFY SIZES OF
 ALL ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS. CLEARLY SPECIFY ALL END
 CONNECTIONS OF THE ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS.
  
 B)ENGINEER TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED UPTURNED BEAM. UPTURN
 BEAM DETAIL SUBMITTED DOESN'T SHOW A BEAM. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW THE
 EXISTING TRUSSES ARE RE-ENGINEERED TO BE SUPPORTED ON
 THIS BEAM. SPECIFY CONNECTIONS AT THE ENDS OF THE BEAM.
 INFORMATION ON ROOF FRAMING PLAN AND DETAIL ON SAME
 SHEET DON'T MATCH. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 C) STEEL POST DETAIL IS NOT CLEAR. SIZE OF BOTTOM AND
 TOP PLATES ARE NOT CLEAR. CONNECTION OF POST TO BOTTOM
 PLATE IS NOT SPECIFIED. CLARIFY CONNECTION OF ROOF
 FRAMING MEMBERS TO PROPOSED I BEAM. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN SHOWS NEW OPENINGS FOR DOORS AND
 WINDOWS. CLARIFY WHY SOME OPENINGS SHOW REINFORCEMENT
 AT THE ENDS OF THE OPENINGS AND SOME DON'T. CLARIFY
 /REVISE AS REQUIRED TO SHOW REINFORCEMENT AT EACH

 B)WINDOW MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. REQUIRED: CLEARLY
 SPECIFY MULLION SIZE TO BE USED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 5- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ABOVE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 6- PLANS NEED TO SPECIFY INSULATION IN THE GARAGE AREA
 THAT IS GOING TO BE CONVERTED TO BEDROOM. WALLS AND
 CEILING. SEC. R103.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. NOTE:
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS AND PLANS TO BE COORDINATED TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 7- PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR
 REVISED MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW
 COMMENTS.
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO TO SUBMITTAL AND REMOVE/VOID THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS.
 PLEASE DON'T STAPLE OLD DRAWINGS. SUBMIT OLD DRAWINGS
