 PLEASE NOTE IN THE 2017 FBC-B SECTIONS 1704 & 1705
 WHICH DEAL WITH TEST AND INSPECTIONS IS RESERVED. THE
 TERM SPECIAL INSPECTORS IS A TERM USED IN CONJUNCTION
 WITH THRESHOLD BUILDING / FL S. S. 553.71(7) ?THRESHOLD
 BUILDING" MEANING ANY BUILDING WHICH IS GREATER THAN
 (3) STORIES OR 50 FT. IN HEIGHT, OR WHICH HAS AN
 ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS DENIED IN THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WHICH EXCEEDS 5,000 SQ. FT. IN
 AREA AND AN OCCUPANT CONTENT OF GREATER THAN 500
 PERSONS.
 NOT APPLICABLE TO THIS PROJECT.
  
 1D)(1) THE COVERSHEET DOES NOT INDICATE WHAT THE
 MINIMUM BUILDING TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION IS? THE PLANS DO
 NOT PROVIDE THE SQUARE FOOT AREA, IF THERE WAS AREA
 INCREASES TAKEN FRONTAGE AND OR FIRE SPRINKLERS. THE
 SUBMITTED PLAN DOES NOT INCLUDE FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS.

 PLYWOOD SHEATHING, THIS MAYBE AN ISSUE IF THE BUILDING
 TYPE IS DECLARED EITHER A TYPE I OR II CONSTRUCTION.
 SEE 2017 FBC-B 603.1.1(1.2) FIRE RETARDANT TREATED WOOD
 MAYBE USED IN NONBEARING EXTERIOR WALLS WHERE FIRE
 RESISTANCE RATED CONSTRUCTION IS NOT REQUIRED.
  
 2) BOTH THE SITE DEMO PLAN D100S AND THE ARCHITECTURAL
 SITE PLAN A100S NEITHER OF THESE PLANS INDICATE WHERE
 THE WORK IS TO BE COMPLETED UNDER THIS PERMIT. IT?S
 ASSUMED UNDER THE SERVICE ADVISORS AREA BUT TO THE
 RIGHT OF THE BUILDING THERE APPEARS TO BE A SMALL
 BUILDING AT THE GATE ENTRY? 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) SHEET 016_S001 UNDER THE HEADING OF FOUNDATION NOTES
 THE LINE IS BLANK AS TO WHAT THE MINIMUM BEARING VALUE
 OF THE SOIL IS TO BE. THIS SHOULD BE A KNOWN FACTOR AS
 TO WHAT THE SOILS CAPACITY (ALLOWABLE) PER SQUARE FOOT
 FOR FILL AND FOR FOOTINGS? THE NOTE FURTHER INDICATES
 THE SOIL BEARING CAPACITY SHALL ALSO BE VERIFIED BY A
 SOILS ENGINEER.
 2017 FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE
 CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL
 IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO
 THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A
 GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION BE CONDUCTED.
  
 4) SHEETS S001, S002, S201, S600 & S680 ALL SHOW EITHER
 WELDED OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS TO OTHER STEEL FRAMING
 MEMBERS, THESE INSPECTIONS WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY
 A 3RD PARTY ENGINEER. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ON THIS
 INSPECTION CONTACT CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR KEN CONRAD
 8:00-9:00 (AM) AT 561-805-6666. ALL OTHER BUILDING
 INSPECTIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BY CITY INSPECTORS.
 2017 FBC-B WELDED OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR
 IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS &
 WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED STANDARDS AT TIME OF
 INSPECTION.

 DOES SHOW PLYWOOD SHEATHING BELOW THE WINDOWS, PLEASE
 SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WILL BE ACHIEVED WITH:
