 1- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING:

 FBC 107.2.5 (SITE PLAN)
 FBC 110.9 (IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION)

 PROPOSED WINDOW SIZE WILL MEET ALL THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 6- PROVIDE CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS IN THE LOCATIONS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R315.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 7- PROVIDE DOOR THAT PROVIDES A 29" CLEAR DOOR OPENING
 IN THE BATHROOM WITH MAXIMUM POSSIBLY PRIVACY.
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R320 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE: IT
 LOOKS LIKE THE MASTER BATHROOM IS THE BATHROOM WITH
 MAXIMUM PRIVACY. THE DOOR SIZE SPECIFIED IN THIS
 BATHROOM DOESN'T PROVIDE A 29" CLEAR OPENING. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 8- SPECIFY ATTIC ACCESS SIZE AND LOCATION AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R807 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 9-PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR GARAGE DOOR LEADING TO THE

 18- PRODUCT APPROVALS WILL BE REVIEWED ONCE THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES ARE CLARIFIED. SEE COMMENT #2 ABOVE. NOTE:
 ENGINEER OF RECROD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THEM PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL.
  
 19- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $232,590. THE
 PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $4618.61.
