 REASON(S):
  
 1. THE PROPOSED GAZEBO SHALL NOT NEED 6 FEET BUILDING
 SEPARATION AS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED. TO ENSURE
 COMPLIANCE WITH SETBACKS, STAFF RECOMMENDS PLACING THE
 PROPOSED GAZEBO RIGHT UP TO THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE.
 2. THE GAZEBO MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS:
 A. FRONT YARD SETBACK (SOUTH PROPERTY LINE) OF 25 FEET.
 B. SIDE YARD SETBACK (EAST PROPERTY LINE) OF 5 FEET.
 C. CORNER SIDE YARD SETBACK (WEST PROPERTY LINE) OF 10
 FEET.
 3. PLEASE ENSURE GAZEBO WIDTH, FRONT YARD SETBACK, AND
 GAZEBO-PRIMARY STRUCTURE BUILDING SEPARATION TOTALS
 50.7 FEET AS ILLUSTRATE ON THE SUPPLIED SURVEY.
 4. THE PROVIDED PRIVACY WALL IS 12 FEET WIDE, WHILE THE
 PROPOSED GAZEBO IS 20 FEET WIDE. PLEASE CLARIFY IF THIS
 12 FOOT WIDE PRIVACY WALL IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT IS TO
 BE BUILT OR IS TO BE ACTUALLY PURCHASED.
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE GAZEBO SPECIFIC INFORMATION THAT
 MATCHES THE SITE PLAN DIMENSIONS OF 19 FEET BY 20 FEET.
