 1. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF GAZEBO, BUILDING SEPARATION,
 AND DISTANCE FROM PROPERTY LINES (SOUTH, WEST, AND
 EAST) TO SCALE.
 2. PROVIDE A PHOTOGRAPH, SKETCH OR OTHER GRAPHIC FOR
 THE APPERANCE OF THE GAZEBO.
 3. THE GAZEBO MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
 A. MINIMUM BUILDING SEPERATION OF 6 FEET (IF GAZEBO IS
 ROOFED).
 B. FRONT YARD SETBACK (SOUTH PROPERTY LINE) OF 25 FEET.
 C. SIDE YARD SETBACK (EAST PROPERTY LINE) OF 5 FEET.
 D. SIDE YARD SETBACK (WEST PROPERTY LINE) OF 10 FEET.
