2019-03-01 14:34:39THE PERMIT HAS BEEN FAILED WITH THE FOLLOWING
 REASON(S):
  
 1. ILLUSTRATE 25 FEET FRONT YARD AREA ON SITE PLAN. ALL
 FENCE IN THE FRONT YARD AREA IS LIMITED TO 4 FEET IN
 HEIGHT, EXCEPT FOR THE CORNER VISIBILITY TRIANGLE.
 2. UTILITY EASEMENT CONSENT FORM MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL
 UTILITIES ON THE BACK OF THE FORM FOR THE FENCE LOCATED
 ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE WITHIN A UTILITY
 EASEMENT.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED:
  
 1. THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF A FENCE LOCATED IN THE SIDE OR
 REAR YARD IS 6 FEET IN HEIGHT.
 2. ILLUSTRATE THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE OF 20 FEET ON THE
 SOUTH AND WEST PROPERTY LINE. NO FENCE IS PERMITTED IN
 THIS AREA.
 3. ILLUSTRATE WHERE THE ELECTRIC GATE(S) WILL BE. ALL
 GATES MUST OPEN ONTO PROPERTY AND NOT OVER THE SIDE
 WALK.
