 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE FLOOR PLAN A-1.0 SHOWS A BREAKROOM WITH WHAT
 APPEARS TO BE A BAR SINK WITH A 48X36 INCH SIDE
 APPROACH. PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION (CENTERLINE) OF THE
 BAR SINK IS NOT CENTERED IN THE 48 INCH SIDE APPROACH.
 WHEN THE SINK IS CENTERED IN THE 48 INCHES YOU CAN
 APPROACH THE SINK FROM BOTH DIRECTIONS. THE SINK WOULD
 BE JUST IN FRONT OF THE PERSON IN A WHEELCHAIR. PLEASE
 REVIEW SECTION 606.2 EXCEPTION # 1 OF THE 2017
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
  
 2) SHEET A-1.1 THE REFLECTED CEILING PLAN SHOWS NEW AND
 EXISTING DROPPED CEILING AROUND THE OUTER SURROUND OF
 THE OFFICE AND IN THE OPEN WORK AREA OPEN TO ABOVE,
 EXPOSED ROOF JOIST. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THIS
 TRANSITION AREA, IS THERE A BULKHEAD THAT DROPS DOWN
 FROM THE UNDERNEATH SIDE OF THE ROOF DECK OR LEFT JUST
 OPEN? 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) AS COMMENTED FROM THE MECHANICAL REVIEWER IT WOULD
 APPEAR THE VALUE MAY BE LOW FOR A 3,376 SQUARE FOOT
 REMODEL. IT WOULD WORK OUT TO A VALUE OF $14.84 DOLLARS
 A SQUARE FOOT?
  
 109.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDER
 ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISHES, NORMAL SITE
 WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS),
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COST, OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION
 REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF
 NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 THIS MAIN BUILDING PERMIT WILL INCLUDE THE FEES FOR THE
 MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & ROOFING PERMITS.
 WHEN THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR COMES IN FOR A BUILDING
 PERMIT WITH THE SIGNED PERMIT APPLICATION FORM BY THE
 QUALIFIER AND OWNER AND BRINGS IN THE LISTED
 SUB-PERMITS M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS SIGNED BY THE
 QUALIFIER OF EACH COMPANY, THEIR INSURANCES AND
 LICENSURE UP TO DATE, THE M-E-P AND ROOFING PERMITS ARE
 FREE OF CHARGE. IF THE M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS COME IN
 LATER THERE WILL BE AN $80.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR
 EACH PERMIT.
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
