 WITH RESPECT TO EVALUATION OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS'
 DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT NECESSARY, IN
 ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH
 REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION,
 A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPORTION OF THE
 PERMIT FEE ATTRIBUTED TO PLANS REVIEW.
  
 1) 2ND REQUEST. THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEET 1.0A NOTE 9
 INDICATES THE REMOVAL OF THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR AND SIDE
 ENTRY DOOR.
 THE PLANS INDICATE TO CREATE A NEW RECESSED DOUBLE
 GLASS DOOR SYSTEM IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING. THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED A MIAMI-DADE NOA SERIES
 "SE-3550" OUTSWING DOOR WAS SUBMITTED. PLEASE NOTE
 COMPLIANCE WITH W. P. B. 107.3.4. PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RULE 61G20 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 2) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE NOTE THE MIAMI-DADE NOA SERIES
 "SE-3550" NOA # 17-1114.01 HAS 15 PAGES OF TECHNICAL
 PAGES. PAGE 11 OF 15 HAS LOCKING DETAILS 3, 4, & 5
 WHEREAS PAGE 6 OF 15 HAS LOCKING OPTIONS 1, 2 & 6. THE
 OPTIONS ON PAGE 6 ARE ALL PANIC HARDWARE. PLEASE NOTE
 NEITHER THE CONTRACTOR NOR THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAVE
 CIRCLED WHICH LOCKING OPTION AND ASSOCIATE PRESSURE ARE
 TO BE INSTALLED.
 PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-B 1010.1.10
 PANIC AND FIRE EXIT HARDWARE. DOORS SERVING AN OCCUPANT
 LOAD OF 50 OR MORE IN A GROUP A SHALL NOT BE PROVIDED
 WITH A LATCH OR LOCK OTHER THAN PANIC HARDWARE OR FIRE
 EXIT HARDWARE.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
