 1) THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEET 1.0A NOTE 9 INDICATES THE
 REMOVAL OF THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR AND SIDE ENTRY DOOR.
 THE PLANS INDICATE TO CREATE A NEW RECESSED DOUBLE
 GLASS DOOR SYSTEM IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING. THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED A MIAMI-DADE NOA SERIES
 ?SE-3550? OUTSWING DOOR WAS SUBMITTED. PLEASE NOTE
 COMPLIANCE WITH W. P. B. 107.3.4. PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RULE 61G20 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE THE MIAMI-DADE NOA SERIES ?SE-3550? NOA
 # 17-1114.01 HAS 15 PAGES OF TECHNICAL PAGES. PAGE 11
 OF 15 HAS LOCKING DETAILS 3, 4, & 5 WHEREAS PAGE 6 OF
 15 HAS LOCKING OPTIONS 1, 2 & 6. THE OPTIONS ON PAGE 6
 ARE ALL PANIC HARDWARE. PLEASE NOTE NEITHER THE
 CONTRACTOR NOR THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAVE CIRCLED
 WHICH LOCKING OPTION AND ASSOCIATE PRESSURE ARE TO BE
 INSTALLED.
 PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-B 1010.1.10
 PANIC AND FIRE EXIT HARDWARE. DOORS SERVING A OCCUPANT
 LOAD OF 50 OR MORE IN A GROUP A SHALL NOT BE PROVIDED
 WITH A LATCH OR LOCK OTHER THAN PANIC HARDWARE OR FIRE
 EXIT HARDWARE.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
