 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO THE COMMENTS. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUIRED ITEMS MAY RESULT IN

 1) THE PARKING LOT FOR THIS BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO BE
 RESTORED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE BUILDING. THE RESTORED PARKING LOT
 REQUIRES THE SUBMITTAL AND APPROVAL OF A PERMIT FOR THE
 WORK. THE PREVIOUS PERMIT FOR PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS
 DID NOT MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS AND THUS WAS NOT ISSUED
 AND THEN WAS LATER REVOKED, MEANING THAT THERE IS NO
 ACTIVE PERMIT FOR THE RESTORED PARKING LOT. ZONING WILL
 NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNTIL A PARKING LOT PERMIT,
 WITH PLANS, IS SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 DIVISION.
  
 2) THE RENOVATIONS TO 1600 NORTH DIXIE HIGHWAY REQUIRE
 THE INSTALLATION OF CODE COMPLIANT LANDSCAPE. LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT NO. 17071228 WAS SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES DIVISION, BUT IT IS NOT CODE COMPLIANT AND HAS
 NOT BEEN APPROVED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT AND THE PARKING LOT PERMIT WILL NOT BE APPROVED
 UNTIL THEY SHOW IDENTICAL CODE COMPLIANT CONDITIONS.
 THE LANDSCAPE WORK AS PART OF THE APPROVE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE FIRST CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE BUILDING.
  
 3) THE PLANS SHOW A BAR INCLUDING LIQUOR RACKS. WHAT
 ALCOHOL LICENSE IS ANTICIPATED FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT?
 IF YOU PLAN TO APPLY FOR A 4COP SFS, PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT THERE IS 2,500 SQUARE FEET OF SERVICE
 AREA. PLEASE NOTE THAT BASED ON THE INFORMATION
 PROVIDED ON THE LIGHTING BUDGET TABLE, THE ENTIRE SPACE
 ONLY HAS 2,413 SQUARE FEET WHICH FALLS BELOW THE 2,500
 SQUARE FEET OF SERVICE AREA REQUIREMENT.
