 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 1- CLARIFY DIRECTION OF EGRESS DOOR LOCATED ON THE EAST
 SIDE BY THE STAIRWAY. ACCORDING TO APPROVED PERMIT
 #12030212 THE DOOR SWING OF THIS DOOR WAS IN THE
 DIRECTION OF TRAVEL (OUT SWING). REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 SEC. 1010.1.2.1 FBC.
  
 RESPONSE:
 RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT THIS DOOR IS CLOSED ON
 PHASE II (PERMIT #18111051). PLEASE STATE SO IN PLANS
 FOR CLARIFICATION AND TO AVOID CONFLICTS.
  
 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 2- PROVIDE THE OCCUPANT LOAD FOR TENANT SPACE LOCATED
 IN THE SOUTH WEST CORNER TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 SWING OF THE DOUBLE EGRESS DOOR. SEC. 1010.1.2.1 FBC.
  
 RESPONSE:
 RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT THE DOUBLE INSWING DOORS
 ARE SHOWN ON PHASE II (PERMIT #18111051) PLANS TO SWING
 IN THE DIRECTION OF TRAVEL. PHASE II PLANS ONLY SHOW
 ONE SET OF DOUBLE DOORS SWINGING IN THE DIRECTION OF
 TRAVEL FOR THE SOUTH EAST CORNER TENANT SPACE. THE
 SWING OF THE DOUBLE DOORS FOR THE TENANT SPACE IN
 QUESTION WERE NOT CHANGED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD FOR THIS TENANT SPACE. IDENTIFY ALL ROOMS AND
 PROVIDE OCCUPANT LOAD. SEC. 1010.1.2.1 FBC AND TABLE
 10104.1.2 FBC.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO TO SUBMITTAL AND REMOVE/VOID THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS.
 PLEASE DON'T STAPLE OLD DRAWINGS. SUBMIT OLD DRAWINGS
