 UNITS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE
 UNITS ARE LOCATED. REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A
 FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR
 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED
 WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND
