 1. PLANTING DETAILS FOR GARAGE GREEN SCREEN SHALL BE
 INCLUDED IN THE LANDSCAPE DRAWING, AS WELL AS DETAILED
 MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES FOR THE GREEN SCREEN.
 2. THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH ALONG THE DIXIE FRONTAGE IS
 NEXT TO SOME PROPOSED PALMS. I WOULD LIKE CONFIRMATION
 FROM YOUR ENGINEER THAT THE SEPARATION IS OK AND THEY
 WILL NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE PALMS SO CLOSE TO THE
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH.
 3. PLEASE INCLUDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE RELOCATION OF
 THE BUS SHELTER. WHERE IS IT GOING TO BE LOCATED? I DID
 NOT SEE IT IN THE SITE PLAN.
 4. PLEASE CONFIRM FOR ME THAT THE LOADING DOCKS INCLUDE
 AN OPAQUE GATE.
 5. I FOUND THE PHOTOMETRICS FOR THE STREET LIGHT, BUT
 NOT THE SPECS FOR THE POLE AND FIXTURE. COULD YOU
 PLEASE TELL ME THE PAGE NUMBER WHERE THE INFORMATION IS
 LOCATED? IT NEEDS TO BE THE CITY STANDARD.
 6. THE DAC ORDER REQUIRES THE SIDEWALK ELEVATION TO BE
 MAINTAINED ACROSS THE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCES. I DON?T THINK
 THE DRAWINGS REFLECT THAT CONDITION. PLEASE CONFIRM. I
 WOULD NEED A DETAIL OR A NOTE IN THE CIVIL DRAWINGS. IT
 IS REALLY HARD TO GET THE CONSTRUCTION TEAM TO DO THIS
 BECAUSE THEY ARE USED TO THE DRIVEWAY PREFERENCE.
 7. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THE GAS LINES ARE OK TO RUN
 THROUGH THE STRUCTURAL SOIL. THE GAS LINE ON 4TH IS
 GOING THROUGH STRUCTURAL SOIL. THERE ARE ALSO SOME ROOT
 BARRIERS PROPOSED ON THE TREES ON 4TH NEXT TO THE
 STRUCTURAL SOIL, COULD YOU EXPLAIN THE REASON? IT SEEMS
 THAT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF THE STRUCTURAL SOIL.
 8. ADA PEDESTRIAN CROSSING AT 4TH AND DIXIE SHALL BE
 APPROVED BY THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
 9. LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED AS A SEPARATE
 PERMIT.
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE A NARRATIVE EXPLAINING THE PARKING
 GARAGE OPERATION THAT ACKNOWLEDGES THE SHARED PARKING
 SYSTEM AND VALET OPERATION.
 11. CAR SHARING STATION SHALL BE CLEARLY LABELED.
 12. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL INCLUDED IN DAC FINAL ORDER
 AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL LETTER ARE APPLICABLE TO THE
 BUILDING, AND SHALL BE FULFILLED ACCORDINGLY.
