 TANDEM SPACES THAT CAN ONLY WORK WITH VALET PARKING
 BECAUSE THE PARKING IS CALCULATED BASED ON A SHARED
 SYSTEM AND SPACES CANNOT BE ASSIGNED TO INDIVIDUAL
 TENANTS.
