 HWAY FROM THE SE CORNER OF THE PROJECT.
 17. PLEASE RELOCATE AT LEAST 3 BIKE RACKS CLOSER TO THE
 OFFICE TOWER OPEN SPACE, AND RELOCATE AT LEAST 2 BIKE
 RACKS TO THE AREA CLOSER TO THE PROPOSED RETAIL.
