 FOOTAGE INDICATED IN SURVEY (149,402SF) VS LOT AREA IN
 THIS SHEET (150,245SF). THSI SHEED DOES NOT ACCURATELY
 REFLECT THE GROUND FLOOR LAYOUT (PUBLIC REALM, DROP-OFF
 AREAS)
 2. PLEASE AD A TABLE IN SHEET A0.008 TO INCLUDE THE
 GROSS BUILDING AREA BY USE (OFFICE, RESIDENTIAL
 (UNITS+SF), HOTEL (ROOMS+SF) AND OTHER.
 3. PLANTER AREAS FOR GARAGE ARE TOO FAR FROM SCREEN AND
 LANDSCAPE WILL NOT PROJECT THROUGH SCREEN (SHEET
 A4.300). PLANTING AREA IS 3.5 FEET AWAY FROM SCREEN IN
 SOME CASES.
 4. A MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED TO DESCRIBE HOW
 THE GREEN SCREENS WILL BE ESTABLISHED AND MAINTAINED TO
 ENSURE THE PLANT MATERIAL GROWS TO SCREEN THE GARAGE AS
 INTENDED AND REPRESENTED IN RENDERINGS.
 5. PLEASE SUBMIT DIAGRAMS AND TABLES INDICATING THE
 GROSS BUILDING AREA FOR EACH FLOOR.
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE COLORED ELEVATIONS CLEARLY INDICTING
 EACH OF THE MATERIALS PROPOSED FOR THE FACADE ELEMENTS.
 7. PLEASE PROVIDED BLOW-OUT COLORED ELEVATIONS OF THE
 FIRST FLOOR AND PODIUM, WITH CALL OUT MATEIRIALS AND
 DETAILS.
 8. PLEASE EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE GREEN
 SCREEN AND THE GREEN WALL INDICATED ON THE 6TH FLOOR.
 9. ON THE SECTION SHEETS, PLEASE PROVIDE A SMALL KEY TO
 IDENTIFY THE LOCATION OF THE SETION.
 10. PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE GLASS DETAILS
 THAT SPECIFICALLY CALL OUT THE TRANSPARENCY OF THE
 GLASS ELEMENTS AT THE GROUND LEVEL. GROUND FLOOR VISUAL
 ACCESS BETWEEN A BUILDING AND ITS ACTIVE USES FROM THE
 PUBLIC SIDEWALK IS REQUIRED.
 11. PROPOSED CURB CUT ON 4TH STREET EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM
 25 FEEET IN WIDTH ALLOWED.
 12. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND HARDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED FOR THIS PROJECT. PLEASE INDICATE THE
 LOCATION OF ALL UTILITY TO CONFIRM NO CONFLICT WITH LA
 OR HARDSCAPE ELEMENTS.
 13. SEPARATE STREETLIGHTING PLAN WITH PHOTOMETRICS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR THIS PROJECT.
 14. PLEASE DIMENSION PARKING SPACES TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. SPACE ADJACENT TO
 A WALL OR COLUMN SHALL BE WIDER (SEC 94-111(C))
 15. CURB CUT SHALL BE DESIGNED IN A WAY THAT THE
 SIDEWLK LEVEL IS MAINTAINED ACROSS CURB CUT AND NOT
 LOWERED TO THE ROAD LEVEL. PEDESTRIANS GET PRIORITY,
 NOT THE CARS.
 16. PLEASE PROVIDE A TABLE INDICATING THE SIZE OF THE
 RESIDENTIAL UNITS TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM
 AVERAGE OF 800SF.
