 1) PROPERTY TO BE REPLATTED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE
 FIRST C.O. PER SECTION 6(2)(E)(II) OF RESOLUTION NO.
 185-18 (THE "DEVELOPMENT ORDER").
  
 2) THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN AN AE FLOOD ZONE WITH A
 BASE FLOOD ELEVATION OF 7' NAVD88. THE CITY'S FLOOD
 ORDINANCE REQUIRES A 2' FREEBOARD WHICH MAKES THE
 DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION FOR THIS PROJECT 9.0'. ALL
 EQUIPMENT SERVICING THE BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO BE AT
 OR ABOVE 9' NAVD. ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S FLOOD
 POLICY. THE CITY REQUIRES THREE ELEVATION CERTIFICATES.
 THE PRECONSTRUCTION ELEV. CERT. BASED ON THE
 CONSTRUCTION DRAWING HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. THE SECOND, A
 CONSTRUCTION ELEV. CERT. BASED ON THE LOWEST FLOOR
 FORMS AND THE THIRD A FINAL ELEV. CERT. BASED ON THE
 FINISHED BUILDING ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN A TIMELY
 MANNER. THE CITY'S FLOOD ORDINANCE ARTICLE XVII - FLOOD
 PREVENTION AND CONTROL SEC. 94-546 - PROVISIONS FOR
 FLOOD HAZARD REDUCTION.
  
 3) THE RESIDENTIAL ACTIVE USE ROOMS LOCATED IN THE
 PARKING GARAGE ARE CURRENTLY SHOWN AS SHELLS. PER THE
 RESPONSE LETTER, THE ACTUAL USE OF THESE ROOMS, THE
 BATHROOM REQUIREMENTS AND ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS WILL
 BE ADDRESSED AT A LATER DATE. FBC 107
  
 4) SUBMIT A REVISED DOOR SCHEDULE THAT SHOWS THE SELF
 CLOSING 45 MINUTE FIRE RATED DOORS NUMBER N2513A AND
 S2513A FOR THE TRASH ROOMS ON LEVEL 25 OF THE NORTH AND
 SOUTH BUILDINGS. FBC 716.5.9.3
  
 5) A SEPARATE ROOF PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION, SUBMIT ROOF PERMIT APPLICATION WITH
 PRODUCT APPROVALS REVIEWED BY DESIGNER OF RECORD AND
 ENGINEERING (IF APPLICABLE).
  
 6) DEFERRED SUBMITTALS REQUESTED BY ARCHITECT.
 DOCUMENTS SHOWING COMPLIANCE ARE TO BE REVIEWED BY
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL (ARCHITECT OR
 ENGINEER FOR PRODUCT APPROVALS AND OTHER SPECIFICATION
 DOCUMENTS, STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF RECORD APPROVAL AND
 REVIEW IS REQUIRED FOR DELEGATED ENGINEERING).
 SUBMITTAL, REVIEW AND APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION.
  
 7) COMPONENT & CLADDING PRODUCT APPROVALS REVIEWED BY
 DESIGNER OF RECORD ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING
 DIVISION, REVIEWED AND ISSUED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
 CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH PRESSURES SHOWN ON SHEET S6.0 -
 S6.3 PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL. IF PRODUCT APPROVAL OFFERS
 OPTIONS, INDICATE OPTION PROPOSED, ESPECIALLY IF NOT
 ALL OPTIONS COMPLY WITH MINIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 8) SEPARATE PERMITS (APPLICATIONS, PLANS, AND FEES) ARE
 REQUIRED FOR:
 LIGHT POLES/SITE LIGHTING
 FIRE ALARM
 FIRE SPRINKLER
 LOW VOLTAGE
 ACCESS
 LANDSCAPING
 IRRIGATION
 PARKING LOT
 SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS
 GENERATORS
 ALL OTHER ITEMS OTHER THAN BMEP
  
 9) AIPP COMPLIANCE REQUIRED; VERIFICATION REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO C.O.
  
 10) SHORING/RESHORE ENGINEERING IS REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DIVISION FOR REVIEW. THE
 ENGINEERING IS TO BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND ISSUED
 PRIOR TO CONCRETE POUR.
  
 11) A CONSTRUCTION GUARD RAIL ENGINEERED DETAIL IS
 REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
